1. Cookies we set

None. withastrea.com does not set first-party cookies and does not allow any third party to set cookies through this site.

2. Local storage we use

astrea-lang: records whether you chose English or Spanish, so the site opens in your language next time. Value: "en" or "es".

astrea-notice: records that you have dismissed the privacy notice, so it is not shown on every page. Value: "1".

Both are ordinary browser local storage, readable only by withastrea.com, never transmitted to our server, and removed the moment you clear site data in your browser.

3. Why there is no consent banner

Consent under the ePrivacy Directive is required for storage that is not strictly necessary for a service you asked for. Remembering your language choice and remembering that you dismissed a notice are functional and strictly necessary for those features, so no consent banner is required. The notice you see on your first visit is exactly that: a notice, not a consent gate.

4. Tracking, analytics and advertising

There are none. No analytics product, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no heatmap, no fingerprinting, no social media embed. The site loads no script, font, image or stylesheet from any domain other than withastrea.com.

If that ever changes, this page will name the tool, the data it collects and the legal basis, and the effective date above will change.

5. Server logs

Separately from your browser, our web server keeps standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, referrer, user agent) for security and troubleshooting, for up to 12 months. These are not cookies and are not used to profile you. See the Privacy Policy.
