1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, business name (optional) and message you type. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred from it.

Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard request logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser user-agent string. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting and are not used to build a profile of you.

We do not collect payment data, we do not operate user accounts, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

2. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to continue that conversation if you want one.

To keep the site available and secure, and to diagnose faults.

To meet legal obligations where they apply.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not use it to train advertising or profiling models.

3. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies.

It uses one item of browser local storage, astrea-lang, to remember whether you chose English or Spanish. It stores nothing else and is readable only by this site. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

4. Third-party services

The site is served from Astrea’s own hosting. Fonts, images, scripts and styles are served from withastrea.com, so loading a page does not send a request to any third party.

Contact form messages are delivered by the mail server attached to the same hosting account. There is no third-party form processor, email marketing platform or analytics vendor in the path.

If we later add an analytics or booking tool, this section will name it and the change will be dated above.

5. How long we keep it

Contact form messages: kept while the enquiry is open and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you resume.

Server logs: kept for up to 12 months.

You can ask us to delete your message sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to info@withastrea.com and we will answer within 30 days.

If the GDPR applies to you (European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland), you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority. Our legal basis for handling contact form data is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP requests redirected. Access to the mailbox that receives form messages is restricted to Astrea. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential commercial information through the contact form.

8. International transfers

ASTREA LLC is a New Mexico, United States company and the hosting for this site is located in Germany. If you write to us, your message is handled in those places. We rely on your consent and on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and publish the new version here.
